I wanted to...I thought about it...it probably would've been easier, but I ran 5 miles and I did not die! My legs are screaming, I'm tired, and I'm STARVING! If I weren't trying to lose weight it sure would be exciting to put the 648 calories I just burned (according to mapmyrun.com) back into my body! Mmm brownies. One of these days.
P.S. Still no runner's high...
