Another distance record today, but this time it was even better! For once it wasn’t just me going further than I’d ever gone before. This time Kyle beat his own record of “7.something”. Just for the record, holy crap 8 miles is a long way!!! We ran all the way around Lake Union (plus a couple of miles) and it was gorgeous. A relatively easy run, not much in the hill department. As easy as an 8 mile run can be I suppose! :) On Saturday we run 9……Yikes!
