Squishy Shoes
Considering that we live in Seattle and its Spring (technically...looks more like winter!) we've been pretty lucky as far as weather on our runs. We've only been in two major downpours. One was the St. Patty's run, so we were happily distracted by the other runners and festivities. And the other was just a little 2 miler around our neighborhood so we were able to zip out of it pretty quickly. I am telling you this because we are about 3 hours away from a 4 mile run. So far today I've seen snow, hail, and POURING rain. I have seen no sun, no partly cloudy skies, no overcast or even fog. Just general dampness all day long. I am not looking forward to running 4 miles (I know that's not that far) in 35 degree weather (I know that's not that cold) and rain...Ugh. Squishy shoes here I come!
