a note on bounce:

As the pounds continue to slip off, I am rather quickly losing inches in my bust. I've mentioned this before as a downside to weight loss. I miss my girls! But what I haven't mentioned before is the affect this shrinkage is having on my comfort! I have three favorite sports bras -- all of which are favorites because of their ability to shrink wrap my boobs to my body without cutting off circulation in my head. Now that I've lost a couple of inches, all three of these little treasures sag slightly in the cup region. It's not so noticeable when I'm standing still, but an easy jog sends my girls bouncing on a horribly uncomfortable path...forehead, bellybutton, forehead, bellybutton...I guess I'm going sports bra shopping.
