Day 100

Tuesday was day 100 in a row of working out. It has definitely become just part of the daily routine. I no longer think, "I'm going to workout today". Now I think, "What am I going to do for my workout today?" or "Where is my training calendar? How far do I run today?" Its really a nice change. I feel like I'm fighting with myself less BEFORE the work out, and saving that energy to fight with my body and mind DURING the workout. I now feel like I can go ahead and take a day off when I need one. But not today. 5 miles on Alki today.
