I'm not giving up. Yesterday I was simply stating how I was really feeling about running. Unfortunately, I've told too many people I'm doing it to give up! :) Thanks for the support, all! Nice to know when I'm in a slump there are people to pick me up.
I feel a little bit better today. Ready for the 4 mile run and yoga class I have planned. My solution to the boredom for now is to add the fun workouts in...since I have to do the miles to get where I need to be distance-wise, I can't cut out or really modify any of my runs, but there's no reason that on short run days (or days I don't run) that I can't go on a hike or to yoga or Nia.
Now in conclusion to the most boring post ever (except maybe that one about calories...), I would like to say that I am really excited and motivated by how many people have told me they've started running/working out/etc. partly due to this blog. Ahh the joys of technology. :) Thanks for giving me another bit of motivation...The more I can draw from the better.
