Oh man, its been a long time since I've posted! I've probably worked out one day a week or less for the last 6 weeks. It has been bad. Bad, bad, bad!
But tomorrow afternoon I start anew. Working out every day again until I feel confident enough in the habit to give myself a day off here and there. I have gained back 4 lbs....So my first goal is to lose 5. I can do that. Baby steps.
And no more carrot cake...yum.
